NEWTON - Newton police arrested a fourth suspect Monday in the case of an armed robbery at Burger King on U.S. 321 and N.C. 10 - the former night manager of the restaurant.Carolyn Chanel Coulter, of 725 South Caldwell Ave., Newton, was arrested Monday afternoon after a Grand Jury returned an indictment charging her with robbery with a dangerous weapon, first- degree kidnapping and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. At the time of the incident, Coulter was the night manager. A Newton Police Department records employee said the charges against Coulter for first-degree kidnapping were because employees of the restaurant were confined to a cooler against their will. Coulter is being held under $15,000 bond in the Catawba County Jail. An initial arrest was made Aug. 24, with charges being levied against Delonda Nicole Parsons of Conover and Jermaine Wilkes of Catawba.
